What we collect
The details you enter in our inquiry form (project type, location, hiring stage, name, email, and optionally phone and notes), what you tell us on calls, and documents you choose to share.
How we use it
- To reply to your inquiry and provide the service you ask for
- To brief candidate firms, but only with the project information in the brief you approve
- To keep records of checks, proposals and decisions for your hiring file
Calls and transcripts
With your permission, we record and transcribe calls so nothing you say is missed. We tell you at the start of every recorded call. You can ask us not to record.
Who we share it with
Candidate firms receive only your approved brief and the contact details you agree to share. Service providers that host our records, email and scheduling process data on our behalf. We never sell your information, and firms never pay us for it.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, and opt out of any marketing email at any time. Contact: hello@divineally.com.
Retention
We keep client records for three years after your engagement ends, then delete them unless the law requires us to keep them longer.
